Community guidelines

For everyone

• Treat others with respect. No insults, threats or harassment.
• No discrimination based on origin, religion, gender, orientation, disability or age.
• Be who you say you are. One account per person or business.
• Agree on the platform. A change of price or scope goes in as a change, not by word of mouth.

If you're hiring

• Describe the job as it is, with photos if you can.
• Only post jobs you really want done.
• If you change your mind, cancel or close the post.
• Pay what was agreed when the work is done.

If you're a professional

• Only quote what you can do, with the licence the trade requires.
• Keep the appointment or give notice in time through the platform.
• Use the client's address only for that job.
• Don't ask for payments beyond what was agreed.

Reviews

• Only someone with a completed job can review. Each side rates the other.
• Neither sees the other's rating until both have sent theirs.
• We don't remove a review for being negative. We do remove ones with insults, personal data, false content or nothing to do with the job.
• Offering something in exchange for a review, or reviewing yourself, is not allowed.

If someone breaks them

Report it from the job, the profile or the conversation. A person reviews it and, depending on how serious it is, we warn, remove the content, suspend the account or close it.
